Refund policy
Rental Cancellations: Your deposit is non refundable. You are eligible for a refund (excluding deposit) if cancelled 10 days prior to your rental date. You are eligible for a refund of 50% (excluding deposit) if cancelled 7 days prior to your rental date. Any cancellation within 6 days of the event is non refundable.
Remaining Balance: If you secured your date with a deposit. Your balance should be paid in full 48 hours prior to your event. Failure to pay in full will result in cancellation and your deposit forfeited.
Wrong Date (Rental): Making a payment means that you confirm the date listed on your rental. If you have booked the wrong date, notify us Immediately via Email ONLY. You have 48 hours to notify us of the mistake. Failure to do so will result in a $100 to update of your date.If the mistake is not corrected and results in our attendee showing up on the incorrect date listed in your rental you will not be entitled to a refund of any kind.
We will try to accommodate you if our schedule allows.
Inadequate Space (Rental): Due to the swinging arm, our 360 Photo booth rental requires a 10ft x 10ft flat surface. This is printed on the purchase page and on the contract. If the renter does not provide the appropriate space it may affect your rental time without accommodation or result in cancellation of their rental services without a refund.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
360 Photo Booth:
You have 48 hours after your purchase to cancel your 360 Photo Booth order. After 48 hours the order is non refundable. To cancel contact us by email info@digitalorbit360.com AND phone (404)692-2815.
Cancellations Due To Carrier Delay:
Digital Orbit 360 is not responsible for delays caused by the courier. Once an order is handed over to a courier we can not cancel the order.
360 Photo booth specifically can not be cancelled or refund once a tracking number is received.
Exchanges
360 photo booths can not be exchanged for any reason.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
We have a 7 day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. This does not apply to 360 photo booth as they are non refundable.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@digitalorbit360.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
